What are the Electrical installation requirement for the Palm Tree?
If you order the 110V Tree, you will receive a transformer that
converts the output of 240V to input of 120V (Standard here in the USA). If you order the LED tree you will receive a 24V
tree with a transformer that plugs into your power supply source. All of our products meet the safety standard of UL approval
and certification.
How can the Palm Tree withstand harsh weather conditions?
All of the wiring are water-tight concealed to prevent
electrical damages. The final product finish of the fronds are designed of high grade UV plastic, durable Polyethylene.
The trunks are constructed of synthetic plastic composites for long lasting and prevention of weather damage.
What is included
in each individual Order?
You will receive a mounting kit with instructions, a steel metal pole, the fronds, the coconuts, the trunks,
the ropelight and a manufacturer's warranty.
How do I install my Lighted Tree?

We accept Visa and MC,
Business or Personal Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my Product?
We are required by law
to pay sales tax on all merchandise sold in the USA. We pass this tax to the consumer.
Can I cancel my order once delivery
has been sent?
You have 5 days to cancel an order once payment has been received. If an order has been shipped out it cannot
be canceled. This is why we stress to make certain that you would like to place the order.
If the freight delivery company delivers you any smashed, ripped or damaged boxes in any form, you should make sure that you have
the driver document this information on your invoice first, then accept the package. 90% of the time the product is not damaged.
The packaging is packaged with a metal framing around the box and then carefully packed on the inside to prevent misshandling.

Once you have placed your order and payment arrives at our office, we will notify you of your order status. Depending on
where your product is scheduled to be delivered to, will determine the time it will take to receive your order. Our policy is
to allow 10 to 25 days for delivery of goods.
Since the packaging and the product are Large items and Heavy weight products, we ship via Freight/Cargo. One Tree order (depending
on the size) could consist of 4 containers. Each packaged item is classifed as a container. therefor you would be able
to TRACK your order with your issued Bill of Lading Number that we provide to you.
Shipping cost is determined by the type of tree you select, the quantity and the final destination of Consignee's delivery address.
We will calculate the shipping cost once you have decided your full order.
